Flour
1 Egg
1/4 cup milk
Garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and egg and slightly beat. Add garlic salt to flour. Dredge cubed steak in flour, then in milk mixture then back in flour. Heat vegetable oil to high. Test by putting a pinch of flour in hot grease, if it begins frying then grease is hot enough. Put 2 to 3 pieces of floured steak in hot grease, cook for 1 minute and turn down heat to medium high. Cook until brown on one side, turn up heat just before turning steak. Turn steak and let brown on the other side. Then turn down heat to medium high. Cook until all of the blood is out. I usually turn at least one one time on each side.

Trick is to cook steak on high to make the crust crispy and then turn down the heat.
