2 1/2 cup seasoned croutons( pepperidge farm)
2 cups cheddar cheese
2pounds of spicy pork sausage( loose)
6 eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan
Brown and drain sausage
Layer pan with croutons, 1 cup of cheese, sausage, another cup of cheese
Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups of milk
Pour over all and refrigerate overnight
Just before baking mix soup with 1/2 can of milk and pour all over
Bake @ 300 degrees, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours
