1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 stick melted butter 8 ounces of sour cream 2 cups of shredded cheese 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 pounds of hash browns chips or cornflakes ( crushed)
Mix all ingredients, add hashbrowns put in 9x 13 pan place crushed chips or cornflakes over mixture cover with foil Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncover bake 15 more minutes or until golden brown and crunchy
