pork chops
1/3 cup diced celery
2 tbsp brown sugar
juice from half of lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops and place in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, (you may want to add sliced onions) salt and pepper. Combine water and sauce and pour over chops.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 hours or until tender.
