1- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes- undrained
1 cup water
3 tbsp quick cooking tapioca
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2# cubed stew meat
4 med. carrots cut into 1 inch chunks
3 med. potatoes peeled and quartered
3 celery ribs cut into 3/4 inch chunks
1 med. onion cut into chunks
minced garlic

In a large bowl combine tomatoes, water, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 3/4 - 2 hours or until meat and veggies are tender.
