10 eggs
4 cups jack cheese shredded (1 pound)
cup flour
cup butter (1/4 pound)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cans (4 oz. each) diced green chilies, drained
teaspoon salt
butter or margarine
1 pint small curd cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, jack cheese and cup butter. Mix until smooth. Stir in chilies.
Pour egg mixture into a self-buttered 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is brown and center appears firm.
