10 oz. frozen strawberries
3 bananas, sliced
1 c. crushed pineapple
3 c. apricot nectar
2 c. sugar
1 c. water


Topping

juice of one lemon
juice of one orange
2/3 c. of sugar
1 egg
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar and water until dissolved. Add strawberries, bananas, pineapple, nectar, sugar and water. Place in 9x13 pan. Freeze solid. For the topping, add the juices and sugar together and boil until the sugar is dissolved. Beat the egg and add a small amount of the hot juice into the egg while still beating. Now stir the egg mixture into remaining hot juice and continue to stir. Cool. Beat in whipped cream, fold into the cooled juice mixture. Spread over the frozen salad, return to freezer. Cut into squares and serve.
