3/4 c. lite soy sauce
3/4 c. canola or olive oil
1/4 c. dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. fresh pressed garlic
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate 8 chicken breasts in above ingredients for a couple hours. Bake at 350º for about an hour. Chicken tenders usually take about 30 to 40 minutes. Also great grilled. You can use this chicken in pasta dishes, salads, pitas, wraps, burritos, or by itself.

If you don't have time to marinate it, just bake it in the marinade.
