4 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium to high heat in an iron skillet brown ground sausage. Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper. Using a wooden spoon to stir and break up sausage as you are browning. I use a little light olive oil in the bottom of the skillet. Once browned to perfection, sprinkle flour over the browned sausage and stir constantly until blended. It will look like the sausage is coated with the flour. Keeping your heat on medium to high, pour milk into sausage mixture stirring constantly. Keep adding milk until desired gravy texture. Bring to boil and then turn down to simmer (low).
