2 eggs ( 3 if small)
3 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup pecans
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp soda
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups of apples thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients mixing by hand. batter will be stiff.
Spread in greased and floured 9x13 pan or bunt pan
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes

2 small packages of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp margarine melted
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
combine all ingredients
mix well
ice when cake is cool
