Corn Tortilla shells (Flour OK, corn better)
salsa of choice
cheddar cheese
Browned ground meat, beef, turkey, chicken, Elk

2 T butter - brown in skillet
2 T flour
1 Bullion cube
1/2 cup or more sour cream
2 T vinegar
water

Directions:
Directions:
Layer into casserole dish like lasagna, add meat, salsa, cheese etc. on each layer and cover with sauce. Pour the rest of the sauce on top, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees until heated completely.

Make the sauce by browning the butter in pan, add flour and still until bubbly, and water with the bouillon cube in it and vinegar, add sour cream after everything is cooked and off stove. This is a white sauce and a common thing in casseroles.
