6 medium potatoes 1 can Campbell Vegetarian Veggie soup 1 can Cream of Celery soup OR 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 lb hamburger (browned and drained)
Peel and dice potatoes (the smaller you cut potatoes, the less cooking time), Place potatoes in bottom of greased 2 qt casserole pan. Then add Vegetarian Veggie soup. Add creamed soup to hamburger (mix well) and put on top of potatoes/Vegetarian Veggie soup layers. Cover and bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir and serve.
