3 C. sugar
1C. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 can Festal pumpkin
3 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2/3 C. water
1C. raisins (optional)
1C. chopped nuts(optional)

Add sugar to oil. Mix. Then add eggs, pumpkin, spices mixed with flour, water and raisins (nuts). Pour into greased loaf pans. 2 large or 4 small. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Done when toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of a pan. Cool for 10 min in pan. Then take out of pan and cool on rack.
