1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 prepared pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with sugar and flour. Beat in egg yolks until creamy. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Pour chopped walnuts into prepared pie shell. Pour mixture over the walnuts. Cook at 400º for 5 minutes then at 325º for 30 minutes.

We have a wonderful restaurant in Williston called the Ivy House. They have the most wonderful food. This is not exactly their recipe but it's close. Try it you'll like it.
