4 eggs
1C. salad oil
2C. sugar
15 oz. can pumpkin
2C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6-8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick margarine/butter
1 Tbsp. cream/milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4C. powdered sugar

Mix eggs, salad oil, sugar and pumpkin in a large bowl. Set aside. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Add to the first mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased 12x18 or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º 25-30 min. Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and cream together until soft. Add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread.
