1 ripe avocado 8oz cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp hot sauce
Spread on plate( dinner size or smaller) Put on top: 1/2 cup diced onion 1/8 cup diced green pepper 1/3 head of lettuce chopped 2-3 chopped tomatoes 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese make sure all is finely chopped. serve with round taco chips
