3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream - butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and lemon extract. Blend in coconut, flour and cream of tarter. Roll into small balls and press with fork. Bake at 350 until edges brown slightly.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp lemon extract
Dash of salt
2 c. powdered sugar and hot water
