1 c. flour 3 eggs 1 1/2 c milk 1/2 tsp salt Melted butter
Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until very smooth. Heat small tsp butter in small skillet to coat. Pour batter to cover bottom of pan, circling pan to coat evenly (< 1/4 c.). Cook to brown- use fork to loosen edges for flipping. Pancakes are enjoyed best warm, rolled with syrup.
