1/4 c. sugar
2 T. water
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
2/3 c. vegetable oil
Any or all of the following:
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Green onions(scallions)
Asparagus
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Summer squash
Tomatoes (add at serving time)

Cut vegetables of choice into bite-sized pieces--julienne strips where appropriate. Blend together sugar, water, vinegar, and Goods seasons. Add oil and blend thoroughly. Pour over vegetables, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or best overnight.
