1 tsp. dry yeast (Fleischmann regular)
4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. dry milk powder
5 tbsp. oil
5 tbsp. honey
1 lg. egg
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
10 oz. water, 130 degrees (about 1 1/4 c.)
1/2 c. raisins, soaked in rum
1/3 c. candied orange peel

Use bread machine on sweet bread cycle. Add ingredients in order except raisin and orange peel, which is added about 1 1/2 hours into the machine cycle. When the machine beeps to add them after the first rise.
