1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 c. rolled oats
Salt and pepper

Glaze:
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Put glaze on meatloaf last 5 minutes of cooking time.
