2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (14 oz. or 16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 T. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. milk
3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and melted butter. Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Bake in 11 x
17 1/2 inch sheet cake pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

Frosting: Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled bars.
