"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway
Boneless or Bone-in Chicken Breasts Flour Lawry's Seasoned Salt Butter Water
This is so simple and yet delicious. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Coat with flour. Place chicken in oven safe dish and sprinkle lightly with Lawry's Seasoned Salt. Place 1 teaspoon(or more if you like) of butter on each seasoned breast. Once all the chicken is arranged in the pan, add a little water to the bottom of the pan. Just enough to coat the bottom of the pan only. Place in oven and bake about 30 minutes(15 if using boneless chicken). At this time, baste chicken with juices and place back in oven for an additional 15 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is done.
