4 to 6 medium yellow squash Bunch of scallions 4 tbsp Creamora (powdered coffee cream) 2 tsp sugar 1/4 cup or a little more water Salt and Pepper
Wash and cut up squash, chop onions. Put in a skillet with about 1/4 cup of water, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and steam until cooked soft, stirring occasionally. After cooking is complete, turn off heat and immediately stir in Creamora. Serve hot.
