10 oz. package frozen peas, thawed
1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Dressing:
1/2 chopped big onion
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 cup oil
10 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons poppy seeds

Mix the dressing ahead of time, but don't add to salad until just before serving.
