Crust: 1 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 1/2 cup flour 1 cup butter (melted) 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Topping: 1 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 1/2 cup Karo syrup 1 cup sugar Chocolate chips
Mix the crust ingredients together and spread in a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Bring the sugar and syrup to a slow boil and then take off heat and add peanut butter. Spread the mixture onto the crust and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
