1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
2 T Worcestershire sauce, divided
Cajun seasoning to taste
1 small onion, sliced
4 ozs fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Wheat Burger Buns
4 slices 2% milk pepper jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, eggs, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning to taste. Mix into 4 burgers. Combine onion, mushrooms, garlic and 1 T of Worcestershire in aluminum foil pack. Grill burgers and onions on barbecue until burgers are slightly pink on the inside. Remove from grill and place 1 slice of cheese over each burger. Meanwhile, grill buns on barbecue before filling with cheese covered burgers. Serve with veggie mixture, mustard and ketchup.
