6 large pork chops Cornbread dressing Salt and pepper
In large stock pot, boil pork chops in salted water. When they are done (no longer pink), remove from pot, reserve pork stock for dressing. Dressing: 1 cake cornbread, crumbled, 2 hard boiled eggs, diced, 1/2 c chopped onion, pork stock, salt and pepper to taste. Spread dressing in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, top with pork chops. Bake 25 min. 350º. Enjoy!
This was one of my favorite dishes that Cissi cooked for me. Of course, her Sputnik Balls were delicious too!!
