3 eggs
3Tbsp. milk
2C. sugar
1/4 C. flour
4C. rhubarb-1" pieces
3Tbsp. butter
pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Add milk. Mix and stir in sugar and flour. Mix in rhubarb. Pour into 9" pastry shell. Dot with butter. Bake at 375º for about 45 min. If crust edges seem to be getting too brown. Wrap foil around edges. Filling will be bubbly and crust will be brown when done.
