Worcestershire sauce

Quantities based on amount of meat.

Mix all dry ingredients together (make enough to cover the entire piece of meat. Works on all meats: steak, London Broil, etc.

Stab meat with a fork on top and bottom.
Put half the dry ingredients on the bottom of Tupperware that fits meat and can be covered, place meat on top, rub top of meat with other half of dry ingredients. Then add, Worcestershire sauce to cover top of meat. Refrigerate for 24 hours, shaking the container occasionally.
