2 (10 ounce) pkgs. chopped spinach
2 c. stuffing mix
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs-beaten
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. butter or margarine at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain very well. Combine all ingredients. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Freeze. To cook, place on baking sheet while frozen and bake at 350º for 10 - 15 minutes.
