1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
1 large onion, sliced
2 - cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp catsup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper
16 oz sour cream
12 oz package noodles, cooked ( I use egg noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef and onion in slow cooker. Mix soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper together. Add to slow cooker; mixing well. Place on low setting for 8 - 10 hours. Just before serving, add sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.

Mine never takes 8 - 10 hours even on low.
