Fish filets Egg Milk Flour Crushed Ritz crackers Salt and pepper
Mix egg and milk in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the flour, crackers, salt and pepper. Heat oil in fry pan, add some butter if desired. Dip fish filets in egg mixture and then in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
