4 - 5 chicken breast
1 egg
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt (or substitute 1/2 salt, 1/2 garlic powder)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Pinch of pepper

Vegetables of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolk, corn starch, salt, soy sauce and pepper. Cut chicken into cubes and marinate in mixture. Put marinated chicken in refrigerater for 30 minutes.
Put 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in pan, brown chicken.
Add vegetable of your choice.
