1 bunch broccoli 1 small head cauiflower 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled Minced onion 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Dressing: 1 1/2 cup Miracle Whip 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Cut broccoli and cauiflower into bite-size pieces. Combine with bacon, cheese and onion. Mix the dressing ingredients and toss together. You may spinkle with sunflower nuts or sliced almonds just before serving.
