14oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1-1/2 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
6-1/2 c. Hot water
1/2c un-sweetened Cocoa
1/8 tsp. Salt
Mini Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. Over medium heat, slowly stir in water; heat through, stirring occasionally. Top with marshmallows if desired.
