Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
2 cups half and half
1 plain cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
4 c. rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and half and half. Put aside.
Mix cake mix, water, oil and beat one egg in at a time.
Pour batter in greased 9x13 pan.
Add rhubarb over mixture.
Pour sugar cream over top.
Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
