2 lbs large mushrooms (washed and halved)
1 1/2 c water
1 c cider vinegar
1/2 c oil
1 clove garlic - halved
2 T salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 - 2 tsp ground peppercorns
2 T dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place mushrooms in large casserole. Pour water and vinegar over mushrooms. Add spices and oil. Stir and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2 full days, stirring occasionally each day. Drain off liquid and serve.
