5 slices of bacon, chopped
1 cup of chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups fresh corn kernels
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Garnish: chopped fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cook bacon reserve 2 T. of greese. Add onion and garlic cook until tender. Stir in flour; cook 2 minutes, stir frequently. Add cream; bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat, and simmer 5-6 minutes or until corn is tender and cream is thickened. Serve with crumbled bacon. Garnish with chives.
