2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
4-5 cups water

1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Pepper

6 carrots, quartered
4 potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup corn

3 Tbsp. flour
1/3 cup water

In large pot, brown meat in oil. Add 4-5 cups hot water and the next 7 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables and simmer until vegetables are tender.

Blend 1/3 cup water and 3 Tbsp. flour. Stir slowly into stew mixture to thicken. Cook and stir until bubbly.
