2 or 3 egg whites
2/3 C. sugar
3 tsp. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Put everything but vanilla in a small saucepan. Heat at low heat, stirring with little finger until too hot. Then pour in mixing bowl and beat at high speed until fluffy (about 5 min). Add vanilla. Mix.
