1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-Roni
1/2 green pepper, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
5 pimento olives, chopped
2 6-oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped, reserve juice

Dressing:
1/2 c. mayo
some of the drained artichoke juice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Rice-a-Roni according to package then cool. Mix peppers, onion, olives and artichokes with cooled rice. Then make dressing and mix all together. Chill thoroughly before serving.
