1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple chunks, undrained
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup red vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve cornstarch in water. Put in saucepan with remaining ingredients. Simmer about 15-20 minutes until thick, stirring often.
