1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
32 ounces French-style green beans, drained
1 can (3 oz.) french fried onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, saute red pepper and onion in butter until tender. Add the soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; stir until smooth. Stir in beans. Transfer to an ungreased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with french fried onions and top with cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350º for 15 minutes or until heated through.

I whisk together the soup, milk, and sauces before adding to the onions and peppers so the soup won't be " chunky".
