4 split chicken breasts or mixed pieces
Shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Juice from the chicken
1 large onion, chopped
1 7 oz. can of green chilies
8 corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken, sealed in foil for 1 hour at 325º. Reserve juices. Remove bone and skin and cut into strips. In a separate dish, mix together the soups, juice from the chicken, onion, and chilies. Cut tortillas into quarters. Put 1/3 of the soup mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Layer 1/2 tortillas, 1/2 chicken strips, 1/3 soup mixture, and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers and put remaining 1/3 soup mixture over the chicken. Top with extra cheese. Bake 1 hour at 325º
