Beef Roast
4 Potatoes
4 carrots
4 celery
1 lg. Onion
1 Onion Soup Packet
Seasoning Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Salt

Rub entire Beef Roast in Seasoning Salt. Put in crock pot.
Chop potatoes, carrots, celery and onion.Cook Onion. Place around Roast in Crock Pot.
cook soup per directions on package (regular soup direction) bring to boil.
Pour over roast, and vegetables
put in a dash of garlic powder, pepper, and onion salt.
Cook on low heat 8-10 hours.
