Ingredients:  
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
5 T. sour cream
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans are good)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix eggs, butter and sour cream. ADd to the dry ingredients and stir well. Add bananas and nuts, stir well. Bake in a greased 9 x 3 1/2 loaf pan at 350 for one hour or until done.
