1 c. dark corn syrup 1 c. sugar 1 T. vinegar 1 T. baking soda 2 lbs. bulk chocolate coating
In heavy saucepan, heat syrup, sugar & vinegar to 300º ( do not stir). Add baking soda & stir quickly. Pour into well greased 9x9 pan, cool slightly. Refrigerate until cold. Cut or break into pieces. Cover in chocolate.
