Rice Noodles
Celery
Green Onion
Toffu
2 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Won Ton Sheets

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together (leave won ton sheets and one egg aside); go very light on the celery and green onion. Rim the wonton sheets with egg. Put filling in won-ton sheets and fold together using the egg as the glue. Fry until golden.
