2 large onions, chopped
1 garlic clove
1 1/2oz butter or oil
1 1/2lb pork diced
1 tbsp plain flour
1-2 tsp curry powder
4 pineapple rings,in juice
1 tbsp tomato puree
raisins
1 tbsp lemon juice
1
1 tsp ginger
1/2 pint water
1/4 pint milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry the onion and garlic, add pork.
2. Fry for 5 minutes
3. Stir in flour and curry powder.
4. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly.
5. Leave to simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
